Sponsorship opportunities
Please note: All prospective sponsors must be approved by the Steering Committee, which is composed of representatives from the Fairtrade Foundation, Christian Aid, Oxfam and Ethical Expo Limited. Sponsors will be selected depending upon their ethical trading guidelines policy, among other criteria.
Main Sponsor
Our selected Main Sponsor will be invited to join the Steering Committee, and take part in all our activities.
Marketing opportunities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Logo / website on all promo literature and marketing materials
- Stand space as required
- Seminar as agreed
- Steering Committee membership
- VIP evening meal arrangement, Top Table
Our main sponsor will be expected to be creative in joint marketing opportunities. This is a unique event, one that bridges the gap between ‘green’ and ‘mainstream’ and is designed to appeal to the ABC1 ethically aware marketplace. We will be delighted to discuss any marketing ideas that you may have.

Zone Sponsor
Marketing opportunities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Logo / website on all promo literature and marketing materials
- 6m Stand space as required
- Seminar (subject to approval)
- VIP evening meal arrangement
As with our main sponsor, we invite you to be creative within your selected zone.
Budget: £15,000
Seminar Sponsorship
Submissions are invited and will be appraised by the Steering Committee. This is an opportunity to promote your company’s latest ethical priorities to a perfect target audience. Successful applications will also be invited to the VIP dinner.
Budget: £1,500
Trade Stands
Trade Stands are available in each of the three zones – Live, Wear and Eat.
‘Stands’ are trestle table spaces in a variety of sizes from 1m × 1m to 4m × 3m. A 2m × 2m stand is £450. However, smaller stalls are available from as little as £150, and discounts are available for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
